COOL Labs designs and develops emergent-technology-based applications toward creative research in community, civic and city contexts.
The process begins by narrowing a series of observations into a single question. An inspired project idea is sketched as a physical application (physical computing/hardware). Continued design and development are documented. As a project is made available for exploration, shared insights, data and best practices contribute to open learning resources for the public.
